Here's a simple infographic with some general do's and don't of food. I like to tell people you don't have to eat clean 100% of the time. Your system SHOULD be able to handle a junky meal once in a while. If you're eating clean 80-90% of the time, great!. If not, try implementing some of the do's and don'ts below.
