Appointment POLICIES:

Appointments can be scheduled directly through me or by calling the Front Training Room or Studio Pilates. If you need a weekend appointment, please contact me directly, as I know my availability. Appointments generally run 5 minutes shorter than the time scheduled.

For new clients, I will have you fill out a consent for and a physical therapy intake form. Please arrive about 5 minutes early so Ihave the entire appointment time to perform a thorough evaluation and may even start treatment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

24 hours notice must be given for cancellations. A cancellation fee will be charged for the entire amount of that visit if 24 hour notice if not given or if a client is a no-show.

CHECK-IN:

The Front Training Room: There is minimal front desk staff on duty at the Front Training Room. Please wait downstairs in the waiting room and I will come get you for your appointment. For the most part, I run on time and if I am running behind, it generally will not be more than 5 minutes behind.

Studio Pilates: Please wait near the door. The studio is small and is shared by multiple instructors so please do not intrude on their space while they are with another client.
